Family offices, institutional investors and professional investors.
We manage accounts for clients who want a systematic, AI-driven allocation to liquid markets, held in their own name, under a mandate agreed in advance and paid for on performance only.
An allocation alongside existing holdings
The account is opened in the family's own name with the custodian or futures broker it already uses. Our strategies run inside that account under a defined mandate, so the allocation sits alongside existing holdings and appears in the family's consolidated reporting.
A documented mandate
Objectives, strategies, limits, reporting and fee terms are documented in a Discretionary Investment Management Agreement before trading begins. The account remains with the institution's custodian; BCM trades under limited discretionary authority.
A disciplined approach, unpooled
Individual professional investors who want a systematic approach to futures and options without pooling their assets with others. Each account is managed separately, with its own limits and its own performance calculation.
Your account. Your custodian. Our mandate.
Your own account
Held in your name with a regulated custodian or futures broker of your choosing. Custody and withdrawal rights stay with you.
A defined mandate
Strategies, limits and reporting arrangements agreed and documented before trading begins.
Limited authority
BCM trades under limited discretionary authority over the account. Assets never move to BCM.
Performance fee only
No management fee. Our fee is calculated on new net profits generated in your account.
Reconciled reporting
Statements come from your custodian; our reporting reconciles to them, account by account.
Professional and institutional investors only
Our services are available to family offices, institutional investors and professional or accredited investors as defined in the client's own jurisdiction. We do not manage accounts for private investors.
Identification before investment
Every relationship begins with client identification, an assessment of objectives and risk tolerance, and the documentation of the mandate. Trading starts only once the account's limits are in place.
